What data I collect

• What you send through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
• What you send through the checkup form: the service and situation you pick, how and when you'd like to be contacted, name, phone and email (one of the two, depending on the channel). I use it only to prepare that conversation.
• What you share if you message me on WhatsApp.

What I use it for

Only to reply to your request and, if we agree to work together, prepare a proposal. I don't sell or share your data with third parties.

To receive your request and reply I use technical providers (Cloudflare to host the site and, when enabled, ntfy for a phone notification and Resend for email), which process the data only for that purpose.

Ad measurement

This site may use Google Ads to measure ad conversions (for example, knowing a form was submitted). That measurement uses Google cookies. You can manage your ad preferences in your Google account.

How long I keep your data

As long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows.

You can ask me to correct or delete your data at any time by writing to jose@munozconsultingpr.com.
